  1. Complete a background check: We’ll run a basic background check to ensure a great community fit. To get started, email danny.hite@skyvalleyresort.com and let us know you’re ready to apply! The screening fee is $19.95.

  2. Choose your site: Once approved, you’ll pick from our available sites in the park and make it your own. We look forward to welcoming you to the neighborhood!
